Longest Hair In The World

Longest hair in the world

Hair can typically grow to a length of between 40 – 80cm (16 – 32inches). There are exceptions to this.

The maximum length hair can grow can be different for everyone and is called its "terminal length". The terminal length is the length of hair you would have if you grow your hair and never cut it.

The world record for the longest hair belongs to Xie Qiuping and was measured to be 18 feet 5 inches or 5.6 meters long.
